■Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT engineer to join our team. We are doing everything from defining requirements for network and system infrastructure construction to design, construction, operation, and maintenance by ourselves.
We welcome those who have experience in business improvement, such as reducing communication costs, server maintenance costs, and hand operations.

・Design
Design, construction, monitoring and operation of network and security systems
・Construction
Construction, monitoring operation and maintenance of cloud-based systems using GCP and AWS
・Operation and maintenance
On-premise and virtual server construction, monitoring operation, and fault handling
・Negotiation and coordination
Coordination and negotiation with telecommunication carriers, network-related companies, and hardware vendors for operation and maintenance

■Organizational Structure:
You will be assigned to the System Section 1. This section has many employees in their 40s.
You are expected to join us as a person in charge of infrastructure, as we currently do not have a dedicated person in charge of infrastructure.

■Working environment:
・To enable employees to work for long-term of time, we offer retirement benefits, maternity leave, and child care leave, as well as family allowances.
・Overtime is about 30 hours per month.
・The turnover rate is about 3% per year, and the average tenure about 15 years.
・We also focus on career development, and  interview with your manager every six-month.
