【Required Qualifications】 ■ Experience in web and open system development (Languages: Java, PHP, C#, .NET, Python) ■ Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (Equivalent to JLPT N1) ※ No restrictions on career gaps or the number of previous job changes. ※ Educational background is not required. 【Preferred Qualifications】 ■ Motivated to further enhance your technical skills. ■ Interested in taking on upstream processes or roles as a PM/PL. ■ Experience in management.

Working Condition

【Expected Annual Salary】
¥4,200,000–¥7,800,000
Monthly Salary: ¥350,000–¥650,000
(System Engineer, PL: ¥450,000+ / PM: ¥550,000+)
＊Determined based on previous salary, experience, skills, and age
＊Salary review: Twice a year + additional opportunities as needed
＊Includes fixed overtime pay for 20 hours; additional hours compensated separately
