"My dentist"
Our company is centered on the SaaS system "Apotool & Box" that manages patient reservations and treatments at dental clinics.
We are also developing a medical examination ticket application for patients, such as "My Dental Doctor".

Intraoral photographs and X-ray data can also be managed, and it is also possible to share the shooting data in chronological order with the medical examination ticket application "My dentist".
We are developing services with a high degree of social contribution, such as using this function to help users' second opinions.

The medical examination ticket application "My Dental Doctor" has been downloaded 500,000 as of March 2010 and is doing well.
We will continue to update it in the future and further accelerate the improvement of functions.

<Your role>
We are looking for people who can lead the development of iOS apps with a sense of ownership.

【Responsibilities】
You will be in charge of new development, maintenance and maintenance of various functions of Apotool & Box's mobile application for smartphones / tablets.

<How to proceed with work>
[How to get involved in deciding what content to make next]
Based on PdM's sprint planning, the next story will be created and prepared after discussion with the engineer, and the engineer and designer will estimate it.
When the iterations start, they are designed and implemented, then Pull Request, everyone reviews and merges them, and deploys them to the development environment in sequence.

【About task estimation and overall schedule management】
・ Task estimation
A rough estimate for the entire PJ will be made in consultation with PdM and the engineer leader.
The specific tasks in the sprint will be estimated by the engineer in charge at the stage of sprint planning.

・ Overall schedule management
PdM manages the schedule of the entire PJ.
Schedule management during the development stage is managed by the engineer leader in agreement with PdM.

【About the development flow】
We carry out periodic development according to the Scrum development process.
One iteration is two weeks, and during this period, planning, estimation, development, in-house release, and retrospective will be carried out in sequence.
After the development stage, we will perform integration testing in-house and finally release it to the production environment.

【About code review】
Based on GitHub's Pull Request, engineers are reviewing each other.
Basically, it is possible to merge if it is OK after receiving a review from one person, but for difficult technical problems and important security points such as authentication and authorization, we urge advanced users to review. We are dealing with it carefully.

【How to face the test】
When programming, we will introduce a static analysis tool and create test code for unit and functional tests at the same time.
When I merge the fix into Github, I always execute it in CI with Github Actions so that I can notice the bug contamination as soon as possible.
In addition, integration and acceptance testing will be done by other teams within the company prior to production release.

【Team composition】
The development department currently has 13 members (of which 4 are outsourced) and has the following structure.

・ Development department leader 1 person
・ Backend 5 people (including 1 leader)
・ Front end 2 people (including 1 leader)
・ IOS / Andriod engineer 4 people (including 1 leader)
・ One .NET engineer

【How to deal with technology】
・ Swift and Kotlin use the latest version as much as possible, and we are actively upgrading. We will continue to incorporate useful libraries.
・ We hold in-house study sessions about twice a week.

Required Skills and Experiences
