・ Customer's DX strategy planning-Introduction of necessary technology elements, company's own technology and services

■ Recruitment background
Because the following technologies and new service development (agile development) are required to promote customer's DX
・ AI / data utilization ・ Cloud environment construction ・ Front / backend development ・ Native application development

■ Business content: Server-side development
・ All processes in system development (requirements definition, design, development, testing, operation)
Members will be in the development style of a web engineer who does all the processes without sharing the work for each phase.
Basic scrum development is performed, but agile and waterfall development methods can be flexibly used according to the project.
・ Selection and introduction of technical standards and development standards
We will brush up SRE / DevOps, accumulate know-how for each project, and efficiently introduce it to new projects without waste.

・ Infrastructure company / restaurant company mobile order service development
・ Game company sales management system front-end development
・ Municipal bot system development
・ Pasona Group Business Service Site Front-end Development
・ Development of AI platform used by Pasona Group

■ Department composition:
Server-side less than 20 people, average age early 30s * Widely active from 20s to 40s.

・ Experience in agile development and acquisition of necessary skills
・ System design / implementation based on customer needs
