【Job Description】
As Art Director of WFS, you will be in charge of directing the overall design of game titles.

・Art direction (giving production instructions to the team, checking the quality of designs/graphics, and progress management)
・Maintain workflow and optimize the pipeline.
・Negotiation with external parties (meetings with design subcontractors, various coordination and management)
・Management of art staff

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required ・Experience in art direction in the game industry ・Experience in workflow creation and specification writing for new development ・Knowledge and experience in 2D, 3D and other graphic production processes ■Preferred ・Experience in animation and cut-scene direction (storyboarding or V-content) ・Experience with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine ・Experience in creating final artwork using post-processing of game engines ■Ideal Applicants ・A person who can keep challenging himself/herself whether he/she gets a hit or not. ・Those who can make a sincere effort to create interesting games and deliver them to players. ・Able to work in a team-oriented manner and make the most of other members' efforts. ・Those who can push projects forward by working on their own when necessary. ・Those who value communication and are able to work with people of various occupations and nationalities in a polite manner.

Work Location
Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo

Work Hours
09:30-18:30 (8 hours actual work)
*For discretionary work (specialized/planning), hours are based on the above and left to the worker.
