【Job Description】
As a Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for directing DX projects for client businesses and promoting digital businesses at our company, which creates apps and web services for a wide range of industries.

For new projects and additions to existing projects, you will be responsible for the planning and design of new projects, specification design, and requirements definition to release.
In addition to project management duties, you will also be able to take on various tasks such as controlling each member of the team.

【Responsibilities】
You will be in charge of about 3 to 5 projects in parallel, and you will often be asked to deal with projects of about 20 million yen.
The duration of each project is about 3 to 5 months.

The specific responsibilities will include the following.
- Preparation of proposals for new projects at the time of inquiry
- Making proposals to customers
- Definition of requirements
- Progress management of assigned members
- Confirmation of specification design
This is a comprehensive assignment, from sales (all reactions) to delivery, maintenance, and operation.

Shibuya head office (remote employment is available)

Working hours
Shibuya Head Office: Flexible working hours (8 hours per day, 60 minutes break)
Core hours: 11:00-17:00

2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations, paid vacations (10 days granted after 6 months of full-time employment), congratulation or condolence leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, lucky 7days system (7 days of special leave that can be used within 6 months from immediately after employment until paid vacations are granted)
