As a PL/PM, you will be responsible for upstream processes such as requirement definition and specification review, team collaboration between Japan and Vietnam, and coordination of project progress.
The main responsibilities will include team coordination between Japan and Vietnam, and coordination of the project progress.
You will be the bridge SE between the head office and the satellite office for various projects.

The following are some of the specific responsibilities of this position.
Understanding of development requirements, basic design, specifications, and change management
Handling Q&A with members and customers
Training of members
Progress management/quality control/general project management
Customer collaboration, etc.

Assumed Project
Participation in various development projects, mainly for major corporate systems, regardless of industry

One of the roles of a bridge SE is to plan/plan projects and define requirements in collaboration with clients in the upstream process of projects.
Both technical and planning (proposal) skills are required.
You will understand the customer's intention and direction, and propose how to establish a system for cooperation with Vietnam and how to execute the process efficiently.
