We specialize in delivering essential value to users and growing services, based on the idea that "it is not our job to create what the client tells us to create, but to realize the growth of the client's business and web services. 【Job Description】
As a "UI Designer" in the Digital Partner Division, you will understand the target and context of the services and products provided by our clients, and contribute to solving their problems and maintaining and improving their brand image from a design perspective.

To this end, you will be required to gather information on your own and be proactive in making proposals and definitions for undefined requirements as necessary. In some cases, you will work with the director on UI design and design of services while confirming requirements, while in other cases, you will work with business producers, digital strategists, UX researchers, and other members of the team to implement the design process. The ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams is a must.

Keeping in mind the principles of design, the design process is guided by design guidelines that define layout (grids and spaces), style (colors, icons, typography, etc.), and operational considerations.

UI design and information design, such as creating wireframes and examining functional specifications
Styling design based on the brand concept
UI design proposals to stakeholders
Design guidelines and design system construction/operation for high operability.
Communicate with engineers to create UI specifications with high feasibility for implementation.
