We specialize in delivering essential value to users and growing services, based on the idea that "it is not our job to create what the client tells us to create, but to realize the growth of the client's business and web services. As an "Engineering Manager" in the Digital Partner Division, you will be responsible for overall management to strengthen the engineering organization.

【Specifically】
・Management of engineering team members and improvement of their engagement
・Design, development, testing, etc. as an engineer
・Recruitment and training of engineers
・Recruitment and training of engineers, etc.

【Main Clients】※90% of all projects are direct clients.
