No overtime work
Completely Saturdays, Sundays and holidays off
Working hours depend on the case, but since we are a youth-oriented company, there is not much overtime except during the busy season.
The actual working hours are 8 hours at most.

Overtime hours at a company certified as a "Youth Yale" company
The average monthly overtime hours worked by regular employees in the previous fiscal year must be less than 20 hours, and no regular employee must have worked more than 60 hours of overtime per month.
