■Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting development practices in the development of web systems for major clients.
Basically, you will be involved in prime projects and may be entrusted with maintenance and operation after release!
This position is mainly for the detailed design and implementation phases, but you may also be involved in the upstream processes (planning and requirements definition, basic design) depending on your desire and experience!

■Examples of work in the project to which you will be assigned
1）Design and development of core systems for apparel retailers
System development using Java (Spring framework) and MySQL
Development of both front and back-end functions
Improvement and addition of functions to the system in operation
Design of specifications, basic design, detailed design, coding, and testing (unit and coupled)
2）Development and maintenance of human resource systems
Investigation and selection of target screens, study and implementation of incompatibility handling plan
Design, development, and testing based on design documents and work standards
Design, development, and testing based on design documents and work standards.

Operation and maintenance

*Currently, most of our projects are developed in environments such as Java, React.js, Linux, and AWS, but you can also take on development projects that meet your needs.

Required Skills and Experiences
