About the department recruiting
We are recruiting for the Information System Department within the company. You will be responsible for promoting DX to improve the efficiency of not only HEROZ but also the entire group including group companies as a member of the department. In addition to experience as an in-house SE, communication skills and experience in organizational management are key.

The HEROZ Group is an organization with many highly specialized consultants and corporate staff, including some of the top AI engineers in Japan. Our mission is to create a better IT environment and structure so that our employees can maximize their performance.

Planning the introduction of new tools, package/software selection, and acceptance testing
Selection of equipment, network design, ordering, and acceptance testing for IT system enhancements
Creation and operation of information security rules and regulations
Server management, account issuance/deletion, license management
Update of website and internal portal site
Execution of DX strategy in accordance with the company's growth rate
Implementation of security measures plan
Troubleshooting, repair and purchase arrangements related to the above

After joining the company, we would like to entrust you with a wide range of work as an in-house IT engineer in addition to the work described above, depending on your experience and skills.

In September 2022, two group companies joined the HEROZ Group, and we are strengthening the corporate structure of the entire group for further business expansion in fiscal year 2023. Working Condition

Working Hours
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (8 hours)
Break time: 60 minutes
Telecommuting and flexible work hours are available with prior application and permission (core hours: 11:00-15:00).
(Core time: 11:00-15:00) ・For professional discretionary work system, 8 hours per day will be considered as working.
If, as a result of an interview and upon mutual consultation, a time-controlled labor system is adopted, a fixed overtime hourly rate of 20-45 hours will be paid.

Vacations and Vacations
Annual holidays: 123 days *2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays
Annual paid vacations: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service. Maximum 23 days)
