Job Description

【Responsibilities】
・You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from consulting and upper process requirements definition, design, development, testing, and implementation. 
・You can develop your career from the development process to the upstream process while working in accordance with your skills and experience. 
・Solving problems for customers in various industries through in-house packaged software and scratch development. 
・In dealing directly with customers, there are always a large number of projects from requirement definition to operation support, and there are many opportunities to step up to the upstream process. 
・In contracted development from our key clients, you will gain experience in system development by utilizing our quality control know-how in addition to the business and technical assets we have cultivated over the years. You can also acquire project management skills.

Small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide/Glory/Daifuku, etc. 

【Project Examples】
Propose the most suitable system for your needs, such as core business system, quality control system, quotation management system, logistics system, etc. 

【You can also be involved in product planning】
You may also be involved in product planning in cooperation with the Product Development Department, which develops in-house products that match market needs by combining technologies and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience as a PL in a small or larger scale (3+ years) 【Ideal Applicants】 Able to proactively make proposals for business improvement, process improvement and product improvement.
