【System in place to properly evaluate those who aim to become technical specialists / 100% in-house development / Recruitment in the Expert Division】

■Your Role:
You will be in charge of developing new systems from scratch as well as upgrading existing "Designer Series" software packages. In this position, we are looking for a person who is not looking for a management position, but rather for a person who wants to master system development as an engineer for the rest of his or her life. This is a scratch development project where we develop the most suitable system for the customer from scratch. 

■Project Composition:
Average 3-4 (range from 1 to a dozen) / Duration: 1,2 months to 1,2 years 

■Evaluation System:
There is a system to evaluate engineers as engineers. Many employees move up to the next grade after 3 to 5 years. Many employees are promoted to the next grade after three to five years. They can choose from a variety of courses according to their career plans, such as management, management, senior SE, and technical specialist courses. In the Technical Specialist course, the candidate is evaluated not only on his/her own productivity, but also on whether or not he/she has propagated technology that increases the productivity of others. Quality and productivity are given high weight, while company sales are given low weight.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: *This position is not for management, etc., but for those who want to master technology as a technical specialist*. ・5+ years of experience in open systems development ・Able to perform performance tuning. ・Able to optimize program source code ■Preferred: ・Experience as a project leader ・Proficiency in two or more development languages
