■Overview:
The company is a member of the FUJISOFT group, and its main business is cloud ERP consulting, implementation, and construction. The company has been growing continuously in terms of performance, and is looking for someone who can aim to become a manager or general manager in the near future in order to organize for future growth.

■Your Role
You will be mainly responsible for business consulting and upstream process proposals, Fit & GAP, and implementation, with a focus on implementing ERP packages from Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS and JDE. This is a business that is involved in management support such as business efficiency improvement through the implementation of ERP packages that play a central role in corporate activities and business consulting. You can also be in charge of prime projects.
*Mainly customer negotiation, requirement definition, and basic design, and downstream processes are outsourced to partners.

■Project Examples
We have a track record of more than 20 years of service provision, various know-how such as on-premise to cloud migration, and a system that enables us to receive orders for long-term projects worth several hundred million yen.
It is a unique feature of our wide range of clients, including infrastructure system companies, a certain mail-order company, a certain construction machinery manufacturer, and government agencies (local governments, independent administrative agencies, and educational institutions).

■Working Style
Full flextime and remote work have been in place since before the Covide-19 pandemic, allowing for a high degree of freedom, and there are many women in the company. There are many women in the company, and three employees who are on shortened working hours for childcare are also active in the company. Although there are times when visits to clients are required depending on the project, there are many projects where full remote work is possible, and the average overtime hours are about 20 hours. The management system is very well organized, with the operating hours of each project included in the agenda of management meetings.
*We have received "Eruboshi certification" from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as a "company promoting women's activities".

■Training
In addition to in-house accepted training, Oracle's extensive training (e-learning, etc.) will support your career development. In addition, we communicate through morning and evening meetings, departmental exchanges, chats, etc. At the quarterly get-togethers, not only exchanges but also policy sharing, etc., are conducted by the division manager.

We were among the first to shift from on-premise to the cloud in core system design. We have extensive experience in cloud ERP implementation consulting. In order to further increase the ratio of prime projects in the future, we are actively recruiting and training personnel.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: Meet any of the following Experience in implementing ERP and peripheral packages (Oracle EBS/JDE, BI, etc.) Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud (ERP Cloud/EPM Cloud (Hyperion)) Experience developing mission-critical business systems based on Oracle ■Preferred Experience as PM or PL in Oracle ERP Cloud projects
