Recently, so-called AI technologies such as stable diffusion and ChatGPT have made remarkable progress and are being used for business transformation mainly by overseas IT companies. However, many enterprise companies in Japan lack knowledge and data related to AI technology, and there is a big hurdle to transform their business by utilizing AI technology.

HEROZ, as an AI tech company, is constantly acquiring and studying new technologies, and persistently facing our clients' businesses and focusing on creating new value. Starting with the development of the Shogi Wars game application, our mission is to launch a BtoB business in the game and entertainment domain, and furthermore, to lead AI implementation projects to success targeting major industries in Japan, such as finance and construction.

[Job Description
Architecture of newly developed AI system
Network, DB, and UX design and implementation, test design, and test execution
Establishment of continuous machine learning implementation environment (MLOps) in the client's environment
Troubleshooting and maintenance of AI systems in operation
Design and implementation of data I/O via specialized software (e.g., 3D CAD software for construction) to match input/output data
After joining the company, we would like to entrust you with a wide range of work as an in-house IT engineer as well as the work described above, depending on your experience and skills.

Background of Recruitment
Japanese companies are having a hard time progressing with "DX". The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) is sounding the alarm that Japanese companies will not be able to overcome the crisis they will face in 2025 if they do not make progress. As a result, even companies that have led the market up to now are frequently losing market share to new entrants that have adopted advanced digital technologies. In order to respond flexibly to this rapid change in the market, it is necessary to strengthen competitiveness without sticking to existing business models, and "transformation through maximum use of digital technology" is essential to achieve this. For companies that have not been able to overcome the barriers of internal digitalization and have not clearly defined what their challenges are, we accompany them from the conceptualization stage, and aim to transform their businesses by using the power of AI to achieve business transformation that will enable them to find a healthy competitive edge.

We are looking for a position to support "social implementation of AI" on the front lines to contribute to the business transformation of more companies by sincerely addressing these market challenges. Specifically, your mission is to cooperate with AI engineers and system engineers to design and implement entire systems and build software systems to realize DX and business efficiency improvement for our clients.

Working Condition

Working Hours
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (8 hours)
Break time: 60 minutes
Telecommuting and flexible work hours are available with prior application and permission (core hours: 11:00-15:00).
(Core time: 11:00-15:00) ・For professional discretionary work system, 8 hours per day will be considered as working.
If, as a result of an interview and upon mutual consultation, a time-controlled labor system is adopted, a fixed overtime hourly rate of 20-45 hours will be paid.
