【Overview】
We provide bridge SE services to companies that want to establish an offshore development system or a development system with overseas engineers but are hesitant to do so due to language and cultural barriers, thereby encouraging globalization.

【Specific tasks】
The contents of work will vary depending on the projects of CosBE's client companies.
For example, you may work as a project manager or scrum master,
-Manage a team of overseas engineers as a project manager or scrum master.
-Create requirement definitions with the company's development staff
-Recruitment of overseas engineers and support for team-up

CosBE is a US-based startup company established in December 2022.
CEO Shigemi has been consistently engaged in supporting startup executives for 18 years at Deloitte, and grew the startup company he was most recently with into a promising startup with a market capitalization of over 27 billion yen at one point.
CosBE contributes to the global business development and borderless growth of startups in various countries based on a cosmopolitan philosophy.
