【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for system development, maintenance and operation of the company's own services and contracted development (more than 90% prime projects), as well as collaboration with offshore group companies.

《Work Flow》
1.Project start!
　-Projects start with the client with whom you have established a relationship and sales collaboration.
2.Prepare quotations and consider budgets.
　-You can be deeply involved in the project from the initial stage.
　 You can be involved from the feasibility study and technology selection stage.
3.Offshore responsibility from detailed design to testing
　-Morning and evening meetings are held according to the development phase.
　You can also realize your own ideas by expressing your opinions more and more from a technical point of view!

*On rare occasions, we may ask you to go on a business trip for less than 2 weeks.

The newspaper production system developed by our company has been introduced in approximately 250 media, and we boast the top share in the domestic market.
The system is continuously producing approximately 2,000 pages per day, and if this system stops, the newspaper will stop being published.

Working Condition

■Assumed annual salaryh
6 million to 12 million yen
・Monthly salary: 425,000~ (including fixed overtime/40 hours: 132,000 yen~)
・Trial period: 3 months (no change in conditions)
・Bonus: Twice a year (annual salary is divided into 14 months and paid as a year-end allowance in July and December)
・PM allowance: 20,000-160,000 yen per month, depending on the size of the project under management
・Discretionary management allowance: Discretionary work system is applied to positions above a certain rank, and no fixed overtime allowance is paid.
