Job Description

【Responsibilities】
Working on the in-house development team for the corporate system, you will work under senior engineers to promote the development of HR, labor, accounting, and help desk systems to improve operational efficiency and the employee experience.

・Development, operation and maintenance of in-house systems
・Establish and resolve technical issues related to in-house systems
・Development of in-house systems and project promotion (Scrum is adopted as the development method)

【Technologies Used】
・Backend : Ruby, Python, etc.
・Front end : Vue.js
・Database : Aurora MySQL 2.0, BigQuery
・Infrastructure : AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda etc.), GCP
・Version control : git/Github 
・CI : CircleCI, Jenkins
・Communication : Slack, Notion, Clickup

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】＜Experience＞ 1+ years of web development experience using Rails or other MVC frameworks Experience in team development using Git Experience using cloud computing environment such as AWS ＜Ability＞ Strong communication skills with the ability to work with others in a team environment to solve problems Ability to think logically to identify and solve problems, and to design and develop systems accurately and efficiently ＜Orientation＞ Interested in corporate IT and corporate department business processes Willing to contribute to the improvement of internal operations and the employee experience Able to proactively take on new challenges and aim for personal growth 【Preferred】 Experience with Rials development Experience with Vue.js development Experience developing API integration with external systems Experience developing corporate systems such as HR accounting, domain knowledge Experience designing and implementing in DDD, CleanArchitecture, etc. Multi-stack skills, including experience with modern front-end development Experience in pair/mob programming development Experience configuring and building infrastructure/middleware, etc.
