■Work Environment
We work while communicating with other departments (sales, materials section, and manufacturing site).
As a company, we accept foreign trainees (at the manufacturing site), so there is also an environment where both Japanese and English are available.

■Training and evaluation system
We provide an on-site training period of 3 months to 1 year for those with no experience.
In order to improve operational productivity, group meetings are held once or twice a month on the theme of operational improvement in each department as a company-wide initiative.
We also have a "proposal" system that allows employees to freely submit their own ideas, improvement proposals, and requests.
In addition, there are personnel evaluations three times a year.
