■Recruitment Background 
Currently, new projects are being launched one after another and the number of projects is increasing.
We are currently looking for new members to join our team as our business expansion is also accelerating and we are looking to move into a new phase.

■Responsibilities
This is a one-stop development project that includes proposal, requirement definition, basic design, detailed design, programming, testing, implementation, maintenance, and operation.
You will be in charge of leading a group of people (mainly slightly experienced people) in the project. 
You will be in charge of the project as a leader of the group (mainly slightly experienced people).

■Details 
This is a multi-device Web application project for a major real estate company, a major cosmetics company, and a major correspondence education publishing company.
Project scale/duration: 3~7 of our employees, plus a few subcontractors/Project duration from a few months to a year at most/ B to C 70%, B to B 30%. 

■Career Paths
・Leader position 
After gaining experience for a certain period of time, depending on experience and ability, you will be assigned several members under you.
In the future, we expect you to grow into a leader who can manage more than a dozen members.
・System Consultant 
Most of our projects are directly contracted by end-users, and we are a one-stop shop for requirement definition, design, manufacturing, implementation, and maintenance. 
You will gain a wide range of experience and eventually be able to acquire consulting skills.
