　The company was established in 2014 by the CEO, an alumnus of a major Japanese automotive parts manufacturer, together with engineers with rich experience in the IT industry. Since then, we have been providing technical consulting and tool development for major companies in the automotive industry, mainly for our former clients.

～A second-stage venture company is urgently seeking an experienced engineer to be involved in innovation in the Japanese automotive industry! We will work with major automotive parts manufacturers and complete vehicle manufacturers.～
(1) Support for introduction of inspection automation tools for in-vehicle ECU development and post-introduction engineering
(2) Support for technical consulting team (preparation of documents, small-scale software development, etc.)
(3) Technical sales and technical consulting to sell our package software and engineering
(4) Development of in-house software

Depending on your aptitude and preference, you may be assigned to one of the above.
Once you become accustomed to your duties at GAFS, part of your duties will be to provide guidance to junior and inexperienced engineers.
In the future, we expect you to lead a team as a Tech Lead or PM.

Regarding the assignment, at this point, the number of employees is small and there is an atmosphere of "those who can do the tasks that need to be done within the company are in charge of those tasks.
