◆Job Summary
We are looking for a backend engineer who can utilize programing language skills that they are good at to bring out the best results in each project, as we have multiple projects going on at the same time, including plans for new contracts!
As a team leader candidate, working experience is a prerequisite for this position. We also welcome candidates with management experience and a desire for career growth.
*Details of the project will be explained at the interview.


◆Specific Duties
- Design, development and operation of APIs, web applications and server side systems using PHP and Ruby on Rails.
- Design, development and operation of tools to support the work of the planning and customer support team.
- Design, development, and operation of microservice architecture (including infrastructure configuration)
- Development of mainly B-to-C and C-to-C services


◆Development Environment
- Development language: PHP / Ruby
- Frameworks: Laravel / CakePHP / FuelPHP / Ruby on Rails
- Environment: Mac OS X / AWS


◆In-house languages
Communication with development members is mainly in Japanese.
English for text communication with some foreign members


◆Engineer organization
- 4 engineers in charge of web system
- 2 in charge of application
- 2 in charge of application
We also have many foreign nationals from Vietnam, Bangladesh, Nepal, Taiwan, etc. (Japanese N2 level or above)!
