■Background of recruitment
Re-recruitment has been made because we needed to fill the vacancies.

■Job Description
＜Overview＞
As a manufacturer of industrial machinery and machine tools, we deliver industrial machinery to major manufacturers (automotive parts, outdoor, work tools, heavy industry, heavy electric machinery, etc.). The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for a series of design work for the machines manufactured by the company. Most of our projects are fully custom-made, so you can hone your skills as an engineer through one-of-a-kind design work.
In recent years, we have received an increasing number of orders from new industries, such as railway-related companies, and this is an opportunity to be involved in a variety of machine design projects!

＜Specifically＞
・Preparation of concepts, specification calculations, detailed designs, assembly drawings, and parts drawings.
・Meeting with customers to discuss specifications as necessary.
・Coordinate and negotiate with subcontract design, manufacturing and purchasing
・Preparation of specifications and other documents
*Use 2D CAD (BV CAD, AutoCAD) and 3D CAD (SolidWorks) software.

＜Organizational Structure＞
Immediately after joining the company, you will be assigned to the design team. The design team consists of 4 members (1 in their 40s, 2 in their 30s, 1 in his 20s, and 2:2 male to female ratio), who work in cooperation with each other.

＜The process after joining the company＞
After the OJT, you will continue to work with a support person.

■Development environment
Because of work control, monthly overtime is small, at an average of 20 hours.
Business trips are required about once a month (1-3 nights) to visit clients. However, business trips have been decreasing recently due to the increasing use of web conferencing.

■In-house languages
Japanese

■About the evaluation system
Evaluation is conducted through an interview once every three months based on the evaluation sheet.
