■Job Description
This is a system engineer job to solve customers' problems related to IT in general.
This job is to solve various problems such as network environment, PC environment, and internal systems.

You will be asked to provide opinions from various angles such as business improvement, environment improvement, efficiency improvement, etc. 
You will not be told what to do.
You will be able to make various proposals based on your own ideas, rather than being told what to do.

＜Example＞
・Printer disconnected, out of ink, PC frozen, etc.
・Responding to inquiries while considering PC purchase, OS replacement, security measures, etc.
・Designing new systems and negotiating with external engineers.

■The number of foreign engineers
Hamamatsu Center has 21 foreign engineers (74 employees in total).

Japanese

This is conducted once a year.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: Development skills Experience in system development is preferred ■Required skill: Soft skill Japanese level N1 or N1 equivalent More than 2 years of programming experience in Japan, regardless of programming language ■Welcome Requirement Web application development Development of open core business systems Database development language (JAVA, C#, PHP, Python, etc.) DB design and construction (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, etc.) Even if you do not have much experience, it is not a problem because this is an environment where you can improve your skills!
