SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) is an enterprise agile framework that improves the business agility of companies and organizations. It is not focused solely on IT systems development like traditional development methodologies, but also applies to business and management layers.
We have entered into a partnership with Scaled Agile, Inc. (“SAI”) starting in 2019.
As a SAFe Gold Partner, we will provide Agile consulting and coaching using SAFe to help our clients achieve their DX goals by leveraging our experience in large-scale system construction and project management in all industries, including finance, energy, manufacturing, and distribution, in cooperation with SAI. 
We provide a wide range of services to help our clients achieve their DX, from SAFe-based agile consulting and coaching to agile development support.

Large Scale Agile Consultant
Support implementation and utilization of the Large-Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
・Provide training as a SAFe trainer for Large-Scale Agile

　SPCT qualification is difficult to obtain without English conversation skills of at least 900 TOEIC points, so a high level of English proficiency is required.

There is an interview with the supervisor twice a year.
