Job Description

【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for consulting to IT reform support and system construction in support of the client's business.
・System development and implementation based on client needs
・Client reforms to address management and business issues.
・Management of employees and partner engineers

【Project Examples】
・Various reservation service infrastructures for a major manufacturing and retail company with sales of ¥450 billion and 500 shops nationwide.
・Construction of an e-commerce site and store-specific ordering system for a major retailer with sales of over ¥500 billion and over 3,500 shops nationwide.
・Construction of an online supermarket for a major supermarket with sales of over ¥500 billion and 130 shops.

【Working Style】
Due to the pandemic, even Tokyo-based employees are now working remotely, and are constantly connected via Google Hangouts and ZOOM to communicate with each other while developing.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Experience in system development (approx. 2 years) * Any development language is acceptable ・Experience as a project leader/manager (approx. 5+ years) 【About the Position】・The working system is fully remote ・People from all over Japan (from Hokkaido to Okinawa) have joined the company as full remote engineers and are playing an active role. ・In this position, you will be required to be a leader and be able to turn one area of the company around.
