Job Description

You will participate in the development projects of web applications, mission-critical and business systems for major companies such as manufacturers, medical, retail, financial, distribution, and telecommunication companies, as well as local governments.

You will be entrusted with upstream to downstream tasks from requirement definition to manufacturing, testing, operation, and maintenance, according to your wishes and aptitude.
We can entrust you with both front-end and back-end development, so please let us know what you are good at and what you would like to work on in the future!

■ Evaluation system:
We introduced a "job-based" evaluation system early on. Once a year, we conduct an evaluation based on interviews at the workplace, with the supervisor, and with the employee himself/herself regarding both technical and personal aspects.
For those working at project sites, a customer questionnaire sheet is used to comprehensively evaluate both inside and outside the company.
Work cannot proceed smoothly based on individual skills alone.
We conduct aptitude tests and interviews for all employees to improve not only their skills but also their human abilities.
Our goal is to help employees become aware of their own strengths and weaknesses, and to help them grow rather than deny them.

■Career advancement:
We offer two courses as career paths. One is to become a professional engineer by developing technical skills in depth, and the other is to become a manager by managing subordinates and leading the department through technical sales.
