■Job Description
9:30 - ★2 days a week from home (after you get used to the work!)
Administrative support in an IT company! 
・Prepare contracts, order forms, and purchase orders (formats available)
・Prepare invoices and quotations 
・Handling all aspects of application and selection process 
・Prepare scout letters to candidates 
・Handling telephone calls and visitors (when coming to the office) 
・Manage equipment and handle contract signing, etc. 
・Matching IT projects with engineers
・Creation of lists
