■Recruitment Background
Currently, the company has set a sales target of 50 billion for 2030 and 2040 as its sunroof business strategy.
However, the automotive industry is in a transitional period, as evidenced by the shift to EVs, and Honda's business as usual alone will not be enough to reach the target.
Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen development and sales capabilities at each of its bases and strongly promote sales expansion.
On the other hand, looking at in-house design personnel, the number of employees in FY71 was 17.5, including temporary employees, but due to transfers to overseas bases to strengthen sales expansion, the number is expected to decrease to 13.5 in the second half of FY72, a decrease of 4.
We need to replenish our workforce to ensure that we are able to promote D models and sales expansion.


■Job Description
・Mechanical design, 3D creation, L/O, drafting, and evaluation of sunroofs and peripheral parts
・Coordination with customers and bases
・Preparation of documents and reports for evaluation meetings, etc.
・Pre-development of sunroofs, roof systems, and opening/closing mechanisms
・Research of advanced technologies by comparison with competitors and participation in exhibitions, etc.
・Sales expansion activities for new OEMs
