JetBrains, a developer tool with a high recognition rate of 80% in Korea, is seeking individuals to join us as Customer Success professionals in establishing our Japan branch office to expand our product presence in the Japanese market!
We are looking for individuals who are eager to take on the challenge of further expanding our market. We look forward to your application!


■How We Work
Currently, the Japan branch has two sales representatives and one marketing member. During the implementation for companies, you will work together with members of the Japan branch, JetBrains' development team, and TangunSoft, Ltd. As a guideline, we anticipate that the implementation for one company will take approximately one month.


■Job Description
We will entrust you with the following tasks for customers who are either implementing or considering the implementation of JetBrains:
‐ Support for configuration and initial setup during implementation
- Explanation of features and services, as well as product training and demonstrations (e.g., webinars) *In some cases, you may collaborate with engineers to conduct these activities.
- Monitoring after tool implementation
- Understanding customers' IT environments and considering strategic solutions that align with their needs
- Providing technical sales support and advice
- Offering customer feedback to the development vendors/parent company *Communication is conducted in English, but it doesn't matter if it's at the level of daily conversation. In-house communication is done in Japanese.
- Reflecting market strategies and client challenges into sales strategies
- Supporting public relations activities aimed at increasing product awareness
