Please be noted that Human Resocia will be out of office starting from December 28 to January 5.
Any applications or queries will be handled after January 6.

We are a global company with currently over 500 foreign engineers (from 50 countries).

Human Resocia engineers work on projects at client sites.

Human Resocia engineers work on projects at client sites.
Projects include network-related design and construction, switch and router configuration, and
design, construction, and maintenance of servers.

【Project Examples】
・Design/construction of new networks and management of large scale networks.
・Migration to virtualization environment using VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.
・Design and construction of Windows and Linux servers in data centers, etc.
・Design/construction of systems on cloud services, etc.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Skills ・At least 1 year of experience in network or server design/configuration ・University degree in informatics, statistics, mathematics, or other science-related field ・Japanese language skills at a daily conversational level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher) ・Business level English or above ■Welcomed skills ・Possess any of the vendor certifications (CCNA, CCNP, LPIC, etc.) ・Possess any certification related to cloud services

Working Condition

■Welfare
Support for obtaining a work visa, travel expenses, rent subsidy, support for finding housing, commuting allowance (up to 30,000 yen per month), full social insurance, retirement allowance, in-house training (on Japanese language, business manners, and technology)

■Holidays / Vacations
2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
Paid vacations, maternity leave, childcare leave, congratulation or condolence leave, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation
*Varies depending on the project site.
