Please be noted that Human Resocia will be out of office starting from December 28 to January 5.

We are currently a global company with over 500 foreign engineers (from 50 countries).

Human Resocia's engineers work on projects at client sites.

At Human Resocia's clients (in various industries such as IT, manufacturing, finance, and services), they analyze data, implement algorithms, create predictive models using machine learning (decision trees, logistic regression, random forests, naïve Bayes classifiers, k-nearest neighbor methods, k-means methods, neural networks, etc.), and perform statistical analysis and clustering. The candidate will be responsible for creating predictive models using machine learning techniques such as decision trees, logistic regression, random forests, naïve Bayes classifiers, k-nearest neighbor methods, k-means methods, neural networks, etc.

We will assign you to a project that matches your previous experience.

【Project Examples】
・High-volume data preprocessing, signal processing, statistical processing, data aggregation, and visualization for research and development in construction companies.
・Machine data analysis and visualization projects for automobile manufacturing equipment
・Optical flow prediction using MRI and CT scan data

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Skills ・Experience in data science ・Experience with programming languages such as Python and R ・Experience using frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark ・University degree in informatics, statistics, mathematics, or other science-related fields ・Japanese language skills at a daily conversational level or above (equivalent to JLPT N4 or above) ・Business level English or above

Working Condition

■Welfare
Support for obtaining a work visa, travel expenses, rent subsidy, support for finding housing, commuting allowance (up to 30,000 yen per month), full social insurance, retirement allowance, in-house training (on Japanese language, business manners, and technology)

■Holidays / Vacations
2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
Paid vacations, maternity leave, childcare leave, congratulation or condolence leave, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation
*Varies depending on the project site.
