Our division is a small business unit with fewer than 30 members, and we mainly engage in direct contracts with companies, working on their products, services, and operational systems. At our company, we don’t simply develop software as requested, but rather, we proactively identify fundamental issues and propose solutions to resolve them. A key feature of our approach is that we work closely with our clients, designing processes, architecture, and investment outcomes while driving digital transformation (DX).


■Recruitment Background
The Tech Division currently consists of around 25 members, handling approximately 30 diverse projects across about 20 companies. As we expect to take on larger and more complex projects in the future, we are looking for members who can play a central role in the team. We also plan to expand our business overseas in the future, so we encourage applicants interested in globalization, both within and outside the company, to apply.


■Job Description
As we launch new businesses, you will be involved in architectural design, working with clients to build systems that support business growth, optimize costs, and establish operational processes. In addition to leading and being hands-on with projects, we seek individuals who are willing to actively contribute to organizational management, such as mentoring junior members and managing teams.


≪ Detailed Responsibilities ≫
- Building systems, optimizing costs, and establishing operational processes during the launch of new businesses.
- Building API infrastructures by combining Golang and serverless architectures.
- Designing ecosystems that support various platforms such as mobile apps and web services.
- Constructing data lakes and DMPs for the unified management of user behavior data, membership data, contract data, and other core business data.
- Developing data processing systems connecting various platforms using Python and AWS Glue.
- Managing system layers that link different services and business operations to ensure smooth and efficient progress.

- Development and maintenance of consumer-facing apps and digital marketing platforms for manga cafés and karaoke chains.

- We currently operate with hybrid work for at least three days a week. However, when foreign employees temporarily return to their home countries, we plan in advance with the team or project, and we have successfully implemented long-term remote work for about two weeks to a month.


■In-house language
Meetings and document creation are conducted in Japanese. When directing overseas engineers, communication will be conducted in English.

Required Skills and Experiences

　Discretionary labor system: 360,000 yen to 499,000 yen (including 70,000 yen to 95,000 yen for 30 hours of overtime premium wages)
・Assumed annual salary: 4,290,000 yen to 6,490,000 yen
*Fixed overtime or discretionary labor system (9.5 hours per day of discretionary labor system for specialized work) is applied depending on the grade.
*Overtime in excess of the above will be paid in full separately.
・Bonus based on performance and evaluation
