【Job Description】
In the development of systems specialized for medical and academic organizations, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
● Coordinating and facilitating meetings between Japan and offshore teams (approximately once a week).
＊Representatives from Japan, including the CEO, IT department head, and senior engineers, will attend these meetings.
● Explaining project plans to the offshore team.
● Creating design documents for the offshore team (including translation and additional explanations).
● Explaining development/design details to the offshore team.
● Conducting quality checks on deliverables.
● Reporting offshore development progress and quality to Japan.
No changes to these responsibilities.

Salary
Monthly salary: 260,825 yen - 351,900 yen
Fixed overtime: 42,625 yen to 57,500 yen
Overtime allowance is paid as fixed overtime regardless of whether or not overtime is worked, and overtime in excess of 25 hours is paid additionally.
Salary increase: Yes
Bonus: Yes

*Allowance will be given if a position is held in the future.
Wages are paid at the end of the month, with the 20th of the month as the closing date.

Staggered working hours (8 hours per day / core time 10:00-17:00)
