This position supports clients in successfully adopting and utilizing our system. Key responsibilities include the following:

For New Clients (primarily enterprise companies):
●Analyze and identify data migration issues.
●Manage data integration tasks for WealthPark Business, including data processing and import.

For Existing Clients (primarily enterprise companies):
●Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to data integration.
●Provide assistance and support for data integration tasks.

Planning and Operations Design:
●Lead data integration projects with partner companies’ core systems.
●Develop and enhance transformation tools (e.g., VBA).
●Propose improvements and new features for data integration-related products.
●Create help pages and user learning content.

【About the Corporate Business Division: Real Estate DX Solutions】
●SaaS Business:
Delivering WealthPark Business, a property management support SaaS that connects real estate owners with management companies via an app.
Since its launch in September 2017, over 120,000 real estate owners and 160+ management companies have adopted this service.
●DX Consulting Business:
Established in January 2022 to address challenges unsolvable by software and support new business development. Collaborates with major developers, brokerage firms, and management companies to co-create impactful projects.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required Qualifications】 ●At least 3 years of experience as the primary project manager for implementation projects, such as core systems, accounting/finance systems, etc. ●Experience managing data integration projects between systems. ●Experience in data cleansing and processing for system operations. ●Experience in support tasks related to system operations and data integration. ●Native-level proficiency in Japanese. 【Preferred Qualifications】 ●Experience in IT system implementation projects. ●Intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, PivotTables, etc.). ●Knowledge of VBA or programming. ●Understanding of SQL. ●Proficiency in English (for internal communication with developers). 【Ideal Candidate Profile】 ●Experience handling data related to system implementation and operations. ●Flexible and adaptable to change. ●Proactive and able to take initiative. ●Values teamwork and collaboration. ●Motivated to take on challenges in a global environment. ●Shares and embodies WealthPark's Behavior Identity: －CUSTOMER CENTRIC －GO BEYOND －APPRECIATION AND RESPECT －COMMIT TO RESULTS －DO THE RIGHT THING
