【Job Description】
(1) Contract Development (App Development)
We do not engage in SES, so you will work primarily with our in-house employees on projects. Each person is expected to take responsibility and fulfill their role within the project. Since development is often done in teams, communication skills are also crucial.
*This is not just about development; you will be working in a way that commits to the success of the client.

(2) In-house Business Development
We are planning to launch our own projects in the future, and you may also be involved in those.

【Languages Used in the Company】
● English: Business level (In some cases, work is primarily conducted in English, depending on the team members.)
● Japanese: Conversational level (Meetings are held in Japanese, but communication and work are conducted using translation tools.)

【Development Environment】
● Development languages: Ruby/Python
● Tools used: Docker/AWS/GitHub/Firebase

【Work Environment】
🏠 Remote Work
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Remote
Wednesday, Friday: Office
We have two office days per week because there are communications and tasks that can't be fully covered by remote work. On Fridays, all employees go out for lunch together, making it a great opportunity to communicate casually, regardless of rank.

🕗Flextime
Core hours: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
We have a morning meeting at 11:00 AM, and you are free to leave anytime after 3:00 PM. There are times when it snows after coming to the office, and you can go home at 3:00 PM, resume work later, or use the time after 3:00 PM to visit the doctor or go shopping. You can manage your time flexibly while working.

🌐Workation (Overseas Possible)
Workation allows you to work remotely while taking a vacation in a tourist spot. By changing your environment, you can gain new perspectives and refresh yourself, increasing your productivity.
[Conditions]
・Duration: About one week
・Up to 30,000 yen in accommodation fees provided
・No transportation fees provided
・Locations can be anywhere in Japan or abroad

・Report the use of the system one week in advance
・You can combine it with paid leave (limited to one day)
