Job Description

You will be assigned to the Digital Technology Division.
The Digital Technology Division is a group of digital specialists who are engaged in both delivery and R&D based on the philosophy of "using technology to create value for our customers.
Under the policy of being a "DX partner that works together with customers as one team," we will continue to contribute to the realization of systems that lead to the solution of social issues together with users through technology, acquire the necessary skills, and promote the conversion of our proprietary know-how into services.
Since we have a wide variety of projects, we will decide together which project you will be assigned to during the selection process.


＜Examples of projects＞
❶ Application development using cloud-native technology
You will be directly involved in the implementation of the front-end portion of applications running in the cloud, using React, Vue.js, TypeScript, etc. to develop user-friendly interfaces.

❷ Development of in-house products (R&D)
Involved in the design and implementation of the front-end of our products. In particular, we will contribute to the optimization of UI/UX, introduction of new technologies, and performance improvement.

❸ SI for the implementation of in-house products at the customer's site
Involved in customizing the front-end portion of the company's products to meet the needs of customers and in making adjustments during implementation.

❹ UX design services
Involved in the specific implementation of UX design, this work involves creating user interfaces at the front end based on design concepts. In collaboration with designers, we develop the interactive parts of the product.

❺ CX & UX Design Projects
Responsible for design and implementation to optimize user experience (CX) and user interface (UX), creating interfaces for end users.

❻DX project proposal and launch support
As part of a digitization project, be directly involved in the design and implementation of user interfaces and develop front-end portions to improve existing systems and processes.

❼ Launch new services (security, containers)
Build the front end of a new web service or application from scratch. In particular, you will be involved in designing the UI with security in mind and developing the front end suitable for services using container technology.

❽Promote acquisition of new technologies and human resource development (modern web, blockchain, AI, etc.)
Involved in the development of modern web technologies and possibly building interfaces that work with AI and blockchain. 
They will also be responsible for promoting the learning of these technologies.
