As a Project Lead, you will shape ideal user experiences through research and workshops, working closely with internal and external team members.

▼Key Responsibilities
Our UX Designers are involved in all phases of projects, including:
* Client communication
* Research (e.g., survey design, interviews)
* Workshop planning and facilitation
* Persona creation and customer journey mapping
* Storyboard development
* Executive reporting
* Requirements definition
* MVP definition
* UI design
* User testing
* Quality control
* Project management
* Operational design and structure setup
* Ongoing analysis design　etc.

▼ What is Service Design?
Service design refers to the comprehensive design of the overall customer experience, including the times when the product itself is not being used, as well as the organizations and systems that support it.
At our company, we achieve the following across new service launches, updates to existing services, and digital product development:
- Creating ideal user experiences: Designing the ideal service vision across online and offline contexts from a user perspective.
