Job Description

・Develop web application products on top of our machine learning backend
・Architect, design, and implement end-user branded web applications (frontend + backend)
・Develop core web infrastructure underlying all products (API server, user identity, payments, access control, etc.)

Required Skills and Experiences

・ Knowledge and experience of using any language / tool used in product development such as Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, etc. ・ Web application development experience ・ Knowledge of networks and databases ・ Knowledge of algorithms and data structures ・ Experience in development environment such as git / hg, yarn / npm

Working Condition

The salary will be decided according to our regulations, taking into consideration experience, ability, and wishes.
In addition to the above, stock options will be granted.
Salary system: Annual salary system 12 divisions

Basic working hours 9:00 to 18:00 (60 minutes break)
Engineer discretionary labor system (no matter what time you come and return)

Complete weekly two-day system (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
120 days or more of annual holidays
Annual paid leave (granted 6 months after joining the company, 10 days in the first year, can be taken in half a day)
New Year holiday
Refreshment leave (5 days a year on weekdays)
Return vacation (2 days a year: if the family lives in a remote area of 1000 km or more)
Condition vacation (during trial period: 3 days)
Condolence vacation
Marriage leave (person, child)
Maternity leave / childcare leave

Creation of new social systems through demonstration experiments with national government and local governments Through a partnership with Roland Berger, a global consulting firm based in Germany, we have retained Mr. Nagashima, the president of its Japanese subsidiary, as an advisor. In addition, investment from the fund of IDEO, a U.S. design consulting firm, a partnership with a dementia care method "Humanitude" born in France, and a partnership with the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, make it possible for "wizards" from all over the world to work together to solve problems.

The social issues of a super-aging society, which Japan is experiencing at the forefront, will soon become a challenge for the whole world. The mission of ExaWizards also includes global expansion as a result of R&D conducted in Japan, the country that has faced the challenges earlier.
